Privacy Statement

How League Tech collects, uses, and safeguards personal information under PIPEDA and applicable Canadian law.

Effective date: July 17, 2026

League Tech (“League Tech”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit league-tech.com or deal with us, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian law.

What we collect

We collect only what we need, and we identify our purposes before or at the time of collection:

  • Information you provide. Name, email address, organization, and role when you contact us, request a consultation, or apply to join our team (including your resume and technical background).
  • Website operations. Server logs necessary to run and secure the site — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

We do not operate user accounts on this site, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through it.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiries and deliver requested services;
  • To evaluate candidates for employment;
  • To protect our network and services against fraud and abuse;
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent, express or implied as appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, and we will seek fresh consent before using your information for a new purpose.

Commercial electronic messages

We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send commercial electronic messages only with your consent, every message identifies us, and every message includes a working unsubscribe mechanism that we honour promptly.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only:

  • to service providers who process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
  • where you consent;
  • where required or permitted by law (for example, in response to a lawful demand by a Canadian authority).

Where information is processed outside Canada by a service provider, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction; we use contractual means to require a comparable level of protection.

Retention and safeguards

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes identified or as required by law, then securely destroy or anonymize it. We protect it with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity — encryption in transit, access controls, and logging.

Your rights

You may, subject to limited legal exceptions:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • challenge its accuracy and completeness and have it amended;
  • withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice).

We will respond to written access requests within thirty (30) days.

Accountability and contact

Questions, access requests, or complaints should be directed to our privacy contact:
